Some people are born with the talent and ability to draw fast, and it's magical for them. Though drawing is a skill that can be taught, anyone can draw professionally. If you have the will, then you can simply do it.

Drawing uses imagination based on what you actually see from your surroundings and daily activities. Just look around you keenly, and many ideas will come to your mind. However, some people can draw well with random imaginations without looking for anything. However, most artists draw perfectly when they are looking at a particular object because, for them, what they draw represents more realistic results.

On the photo as shown herewith, while the artist had drawn the caricature of Engr. Olan Deems noticed that the artist spent half the percentage of observation and the other half devoted to the artist’s sketch pad. Here, drawing seems more inspiring when you’re actually seeing someone or an object. Looks similar when you’re doing a topographical survey on land, using a set of survey equipment you can measure and dimension and contour of the earth's surface.

Drawing is so easy. It is simply combining various basic shapes and adding art to make it prettier, such as valuing the quality of lines, whether thin or thick, coupled with the effect of colors to determine the level of lightness and darkness.

In order for the drawings to be completed satisfactorily, an artist should draw with consistent emotions from start to finish so that the drawing results in a unified and harmonious presentation. In the same way as planning a dream house for construction, you must draw your unique idea based on your needs and demands to satisfy your lifestyle.

Constant practice makes your drawing perfect. Draw as often as you can. Keep your sketchbook alive by drawing the shapes of objects that you see around you while adding imagination to make art.

As shown in these photos, drawing caricatures develops the ability to see things more comprehensively, digging a little deeper to unlock the puzzle of how an expression changes the features or how the angle of the face changes the perception of a feature and how you recognize things in front of you to make it unique and then amplify that uniqueness to create a successful art.

Was the caricature of Engr. Olan Deems cute?
Quoted response from Engr. Olan Deems, “Nope! Because it represents the Real me! :) “
