Rancho Mitra

I have once dreamed of going to New Zealand, and I think Racho Mitra gives me the taste or feel of it!

Rancho ni Mitra (Mitra's Ranch) is also known as Mitra Farm. It is a ranch with vast land and a beautiful view deck that rewards you with the most breathtaking view of the sea, the mountains and the city Puerto Princesa, Palawan.  Basically, it houses cows and horses. This is owned by the 16th Speaker of the Philippine House of Representatives* (Former Senator**) Ramon "Monching" Villarosa Mitra Jr.

Experience an extraordinary farm, a hundred feet above the rest of the city, that will give you a sense of farm life with a serene and relaxing view of green fields, along with cows and horses. Its atmosphere would be best for you if you'd like to meditate, ponder, chill, relax or unwind. Likewise, if you love photography then the whole environment of beautiful and serene landscapes along with farm animals, including taking pictures inside the Mitra Mansion is on your reach.

I believe that you can have picnics here because of the presence of a lot of benches and tables scattered around.

BTW,  if you're not planning to visit Ugong Rock Adventure, but I would suggest, you Must!, then try the Rancho Mitra Zipline Adventure and also stand the top of the hill to see the panoramic views of the city, and/or the Honda Bay.
